Terms & Conditions
By booking and paying the deposit to the organizers, you agree to the following terms:
1. Price Adjustments
This booking represents a pre-registration. The organizer will make every effort to promptly communicate any potential price adjustments resulting from fluctuations in operating costs. A yearly price variation of approximately 5% is possible, especially for bookings made more than one year in advance. This may be influenced by changes in the cost of ground services (e.g., fuel, electricity, etc.).
2. Payment Terms
The full cost of the workshop must be paid using one of the available payment methods offered by the organizer: bank transfer, PayPal, credit card, or cash. Any transaction or bank fees incurred must be covered by the participant.
3. Cancellation by the Organizer
If the tour is canceled by the organizer for any reason, all payments made by the participant will be refunded in full.
4. Cancellation by the Participant
If the participant cancels the booking for personal reasons, regardless of the circumstances and not due to the organizer, the deposit and any registration fees already paid are non-refundable and will be retained as reimbursement for administrative costs.
5. Late Cancellations
If the participant cancels within 60 days prior to departure, the full balance of the tour is still due.
By registering, paying the deposit, and submitting your personal information, you confirm your agreement to all clauses listed above (1–5).
